First, check which method you used originally
Your account is keyed to your email address, so email, Google and Facebook sign-in all reach the same account when they carry the same address. The common failure is not a wrong account — it is signing in with Google using one address while your account was created with another.
- Confirm which email address you expect the account to be under.
- If you use Google or Facebook, check which account your browser is currently signed into — it may not be the one you mean.
- If you created the account with an email and password, use the password reset flow rather than retrying the password.
Resetting your password
Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in screen. You will be sent a code; the same 10-minute lifetime and the same advice apply as for any verification code.
If your account is suspended
A suspended account is refused on every sign-in method, so switching from password to Google will not get you in. Suspension is an administrative action under the Terms of Service. Contact support from the email address on the account.
