Account Registration

To benefit from MasarUX services, users must register a personal account and adhere to the following rules:

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate registration details.
  • Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited.
  • MasarUX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating these terms without prior notice.

Subscription & Services

MasarUX provides unlimited access to all courses and content based on a subscription model.

  • Two subscription plans are available: Monthly and Annual, both of which auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
  • Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be provided after cancellation.
  • If account misuse is detected (such as account sharing among multiple users), MasarUX reserves the right to suspend access without a refund.

Payments & Billing

Users must pay the required fees to subscribe to the services through authorized payment gateways.

  • All payments are processed through encrypted and secure electronic payment systems.
  • Users must provide valid and up-to-date payment details to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • If a payment fails, the service will be suspended until outstanding dues are settled.
  • MasarUX reserves the right to modify subscription prices or impose additional fees with prior notice to users.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and not to violate any rights.

  • Users may not share or resell educational content outside the platform in any form.
  • Intellectual property rights must be respected, and copying or extracting content unlawfully is prohibited.
  • Using automated technologies (such as bots or scripts) to access content is forbidden.
  • Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or misuse services will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

Content Usage Rights

All content available on MasarUX is protected under copyright and international intellectual property laws.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal educational purposes only.
  • Modifying, republishing, selling, or distributing any content without explicit written permission from MasarUX is prohibited.
  • If these terms are violated, MasarUX reserves the right to take legal action to protect its intellectual property.

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

  • The account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation, but no previously paid amounts will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after the renewal date, no refunds will be provided for recently charged fees.

Refund Policy

We are committed to offering a fair refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Users can request a refund within 7 days of their initial subscription only.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted after consuming educational content.
  • Payments for promotional offers or discounts are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days, and the refund timeline depends on the payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

MasarUX is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from using the platform.

  • All services are provided 'As-Is' without any warranties.
  • MasarUX is not liable for any errors or service interruptions beyond our control.
  • Users must ensure that the service meets their needs before subscribing.

Account Suspension or Termination

MasarUX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account under the following circumstances:

  • If any of the above-mentioned terms are violated.
  • If the account is used for illegal activities or actions against public ethics.
  • If it is found that the user is sharing login credentials with others.
  • Upon an official request from regulatory authorities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to these terms are subject to the local laws of the country where MasarUX operates.

  • Disputes shall be settled through arbitration or competent judicial authorities following applicable laws.
  • If any part of these terms conflicts with local laws, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

Amendments to Terms

MasarUX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Users will be notified of changes via email or the website.
  • Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
  • If a user disagrees with the changes, they may cancel their subscription before the new terms take effect.

Force Majeure

MasarUX shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Such circumstances include natural disasters, wars, technical outages, cyberattacks, and sudden legislative changes.
  • In the event of force majeure affecting the service, users will be notified as soon as possible.
