Signing up
You can create an account three ways: with an email address and password, with Google, or with Facebook. All three produce the same account, on the Free plan, with the same access.
Verifying your email
- Enter your email address on the verification screen.
- Open the email we send and read the verification code.
- Enter the code on the confirmation screen. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
If the code expires before you use it, request a new one — an expired code cannot be made to work again, and entering it repeatedly will not help.
The two onboarding questions
After your first sign-in you are asked about your current design experience and what you want to achieve. These answers shape what is recommended to you. They do not lock you into anything, they do not restrict any Course, and you are never prevented from starting something because of how you answered.
If your account is suspended
A suspended account is refused at sign-in, on every method including Google and Facebook. Suspension is an administrative action under the Terms of Service; contact support if you believe it was applied in error.
