A locked page is almost always a rule you have not met yet rather than a broken page. Work down this list in order.
| What you are seeing | The rule behind it |

| You can read a Course's first Lesson but not the rest. | That is the free preview. Full access needs MasarUX Pro, except on the free foundational Course. |
| You can read the preview Lesson but its Quiz is locked. | Correct and intentional. Assessment belongs to full access, never to a preview. |
| A Practice Task will not open. | It needs an active subscription and its Course completed, not merely started. |
| A Mission is not open yet. | The Mission it depends on has not met its own completion requirements. |
| A page keeps returning you to the homepage. | It is a signed-in-only page and your session is not being recognised. |
If you are subscribed and it is still locked
- Open your subscription page and confirm your plan actually reads as active there.
- Check the access-through date. An expired period looks exactly like never having subscribed.
- Sign out and sign back in once, so your session picks up the current plan.
- If the subscription page says active and content is still locked, contact support with the Course or page address.
