The refund window
A refund can be requested within 7 days of your initial subscription. That window applies to the first subscription only.
What is not refundable
- Requests made after educational content has been consumed.
- Renewed subscriptions and earlier payments.
- Payments made under a promotional offer or a discount.
- Cases where excessive use of the service is detected before the request.
An approved refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days. How long it then takes to appear depends on your payment provider, not on MasarUX.
When a renewal payment fails
Your subscription is marked past due and your subscription page shows the date by which the payment method needs updating. Update it before that date to avoid losing access. If it is not resolved, access is suspended until a successful payment restores it.
If your account shows a payment under review
Occasionally a payment needs to be reconciled manually. When that happens your subscription page says so plainly, and your access is not affected while the review is open. You do not need to do anything, and you should not pay again.
How to request a refund
Contact support with the email address on the account and the date of the payment. Requests are assessed against the Terms of Service above.
