MasarUX Pro renews automatically at your billing interval until you turn renewal off. You do that yourself, from your subscription settings, at any time.
Turning renewal off
- Open your subscription settings.
- Find the automatic renewal section.
- Turn automatic renewal off and confirm.
Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further renewal charge is taken. You are not cut off on the day you turn it off.
What you keep when access ends
- Your account, profile and public handle.
- Every Course completion and every assessment result.
- Certificates you already generated, permanently.
- Credentials already issued to you.
- Read access to your own past submissions and the reviews of them.
What ends is new access: Courses beyond the free one, starting or submitting new work in a Career Path, requesting a new review, and generating a certificate file you had not already produced.
Where to check your current state
Your subscription page shows your current plan, whether automatic renewal is on, the next billing date if it is, the date your access runs through, and your payment history. If any of those disagree with what you expect, that page is the one to read before contacting support.
