Human Review is the part of MasarUX that cannot be automated, and it is the reason a Professional Credential means something different from a Course Certificate. A person reads your submitted work and scores it against criteria that were published before you started.
The four-point scale

| 1 | Not evident | Missing, or too vague to assess from what you submitted. |
| 2 | Emerging | Attempted, with real gaps a reviewer would flag before this could ship. |
| 3 | Solid | Sound and complete enough to stand on its own professionally. |
| 4 | Strong | Beyond the requirement, with clear and well-justified craft. |
The three possible decisions
| Decision | What it means for you |

| Approve | The work stands. Its qualifying scores become verifying evidence. |
| Needs revision | The work is not finished. You revise the named parts and resubmit. |
| Reject | The submission does not meet the brief as submitted. |
Reviews are never edited or deleted
Once a review is written it is permanent. If a reviewer needs to correct one, they write a new review that supersedes the old one, and both remain on the record with their dates and authors. You can see that a correction happened, what it changed, and when.
This protects you as much as it protects the record. A score cannot quietly change under you, and a correction in your favour is equally visible.
The oral defence, on the final Project only
A path's final Project carries an additional oral defence step, recorded as pending, passed or failed alongside the written review. No other Project type has one — it is rejected on any other submission rather than quietly ignored.
