By the end of this course you can design a rigorous, correctly matched research study for a real business question, execute it using the right combination of methods, recruit and screen participants without introducing bias, and synthesize and report findings in a way that actually drives a decision.

01How to match a research method to a precise, falsifiable question using the attitudinal/behavioral and generative/evaluative landscape
02How to run depth interviews, contextual inquiry, diary studies, card sorting, ethnographic research, and co-design workshops
03How to design an unbiased, well-scaled survey and combine multiple methods into one coherent study
04How to recruit and screen participants rigorously, including catching professional respondents and self-report bias
05How to synthesize qualitative data systematically, establish rigor, and report findings so stakeholders actually act on them
