By the end of this course you can plan, run, analyze, and report a complete small research study end to end: framing a real decision, choosing methods deliberately, recruiting without bias, running honest interviews or surveys, triangulating findings, and delivering a specific recommendation while avoiding research theater, shelf-ware reports, and answering yesterday's question.
