Introduction to UX Design and Human-Centered Thinking
A foundations course for anyone starting in UX/UI: what user experience design actually is, how human-centered design works in practice, who does what on a modern product team, and how to read everyday products through the lens of usability, affordances, feedback, and mental models.
By the end of this course you can explain UX design accurately to a non-designer, recognize human-centered design in a real product decision, name the roles on a UX/UI team and what each one delivers, and take apart any everyday interface into its usability, affordance, feedback, and mental-model components.
