Agentic Governance, Identity, and Launch at Scale

Learn to govern a whole portfolio of deployed agents at once, not just one. Design agent identity as a governance concept, provisioning and deprovisioning, organizational ownership mapping, cross-workflow accountability, fleet-wide auditability, scaled permission models, version and change management at scale, organizational adoption maturity, fleet-scale incident and kill-switch readiness, scaled launch readiness, and a critical, evidence-based read of the "agent-as-employee" pattern.

By the end of this Course, you can design agent identity and ownership at scale, build a fleet governance and permission model, coordinate change management and incident response across many agents, assess organizational adoption readiness, and produce a defensible fleet-scale governance and launch-readiness brief.

01Design agent identity as a governance-design concept — naming, provisioning, and deliberate deprovisioning — distinct from engineering login infrastructure
02Map organizational ownership of every agent and design a deliberate ownership-transfer process for when teams reorganize
03Design cross-workflow accountability and a fleet-wide audit-log standard that keeps a growing agent portfolio auditable at scale
04Replace bespoke per-agent permissions with a small, consistent set of scaled permission tiers, and detect and correct permission drift
05Establish a lightweight fleet governance review body and cross-team coordination habits that prevent independently-compliant agents from colliding
06Coordinate version and change management, canary and staged rollout, and change communication across every agent a shared update affects
07Assess organizational readiness and design a staged agent-adoption maturity path appropriate to an organization's actual current stage
08Design fleet-scale incident response, scoped kill-switch and rollback readiness, and scaled launch readiness, and critically evaluate the "agent-as-employee" pattern

What You'll Gain
  • Builds one practiced fleet-governance judgment across 30 bilingual Lessons
  • Keeps every governance claim tied to a named owner, a documented control, and real fleet evidence, never an assumed or shared responsibility
  • Separates what a governance model actually guarantees at scale from what a confident rollout pitch would prefer to imply, at every step
  • Uses scenario-based assessments to rehearse the real judgment calls of a working Agentic Experience Designer's fleet-governance practice
Who Is This Course For?
  • UX/Product Designers moving from governing one AI product to governing a whole fleet of deployed agents
  • Designers who need to design agent identity, ownership, and accountability as fleet-scale governance concepts, not IAM implementation
  • Product and platform teams responsible for permissions, auditability, incident response, and launch readiness across many agents at once
  • Anyone preparing the governance and identity plan a Capstone-level agentic Formal Project will need to defend
Course Features
  • 3 progressive Levels and 30 substantive bilingual Lessons
  • 30 Lesson Quizzes with 10 scenario-based questions each
