Practice Challenges are separate from the Career Path. They are short, timed briefs you design against, and other learners rate the result. They are practice, not evidence — nothing here verifies a Competency or counts toward a credential.
How a Challenge runs
- Pick a Challenge. They come in daily, weekly and monthly cadences, each with its own stated duration.
- Start it. The timer begins when the Challenge page opens and keeps running across reloads — closing the tab does not pause it.
- Design your answer in Figma, then submit the link.
- Review other learners' submissions while yours waits. Rate each from one to five and leave a specific comment.
- Your result is finalised once three peer ratings have arrived.
Scoring
- Your score is computed from the three peer ratings, not from an automatic check.
- Passing is 60% or above.
- Submitting after the timer expires is still allowed, with a 15% deduction applied.
- You cannot review your own submission, and a submission stops accepting reviews once it is finalised.
Community Standing
A Challenge that has no ranked entries yet is not broken — only finalised results are ranked, and nothing is finalised until its peer reviews arrive.
