A Course Certificate records one fact: that you completed a particular Course by passing its assessments. It is issued by the platform automatically from that record — no person reviews it, because there is no submitted work to review.
Who can generate one
Producing a new certificate file requires an active MasarUX Pro subscription at the moment of generation. There is one important consequence of how this rule is written:
The practical advice that follows: if you complete a Course while subscribed, generate and download its certificate then, rather than assuming you can produce it later.
English and Arabic certificates
A certificate is produced in the language you are viewing the platform in. The English and Arabic versions record the same completion; they are two renderings of one fact, not two separate achievements.
How someone else verifies it
Each Course Certificate has a public verification page that anyone can open without an account and without signing in. That page is what you share when an employer asks for proof — it is served by MasarUX, so it confirms the record rather than relying on a file you sent.
