A Career Path is a decided route to one professional role. It sets the order of the Courses, the work you produce along the way, and the evidence a reviewer will look at. Five paths are open.
| Path | The role it is built around |
|---|---|
| UX/UI Professional | End-to-end product design: research through interface craft and validation. |
| UX Researcher | Planning, running and reporting studies that a product team can act on. |
| AI Product Designer | Designing product experiences built on AI capabilities. |
| Agentic Experience Designer | Designing for systems that act on a user's behalf. |
| Design Engineer | The boundary where design decisions become implemented interface. |
What you can see before committing
Every path has a public detail page you can read without an account: what the path is for, how it is staged, and what it asks of you. Once you are signed in you can also open the path itself and read its full Mission structure. Looking is not committing.
How to choose between them
- If you are new to UX entirely, UX/UI Professional is the broadest foundation and assumes the least.
- If you already design interfaces and want the evidence side, UX Researcher is the narrower, deeper choice.
- If your work already involves AI features or autonomous systems, the AI Product Designer and Agentic Experience Designer paths are built for those materials specifically.
- If you write code and want design judgement to match it, Design Engineer sits on that boundary.
