By the end of this Course, you can plan and moderate a professional UX Research interview: choose the method, build and pilot a guide, open with rapport and consent, probe and listen without leading or bias, adapt to difficult or remote sessions, manage note-takers and observers, and hand off a bias-aware, analysis-ready session record.

Choose interviews over other methods, structure a guide, and write neutral, open-ended questions
Open a session, build rapport, establish consent, and manage flow across warm-up, core, and closing phases
Probe without leading, listen actively, and handle silence, contradictions, and difficult participants
Moderate remotely, manage note-takers and observers, and close a session professionally
Recognize and control moderator and confirmation bias, handle sensitive topics, and hand off analysis-ready evidence
